the fm system on the top of the screen says phonak and on the bottom of the screen says roger at the bottom of the screen 8 buttons at the bottom
when it says waiting for pimary and you cant connect but it unmute and it will turn on but if you have already connect it wont work you will need to press the button with a line on it above it said end sud press that line button and it wont says waiting for primary anymore and it will work again
